- Western Blot Analysis (Representative lot data): MCF7 cells that were either untreated (lane 1) and Cerulenin-treated (lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-Ras, H palmitoylated (1:2,000). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Ras, H palmitoylated (~48 kDa).
