- Detection of Human MARCO by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line, human lung tissue, and human liver tissue untreated (-) or treated (+) with 80 nM PMA for 72 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human MARCO Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7586) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for MARCO at approximately 65-75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
