- Immunoblot Analysis: Lysates from Hela were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-MAPKAP-K2 (2 mg/ml). Proteins were visualized probed with using goat anti-Mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Arrow indicates phosphorylated MAPKAP-K2 (45 kDa).
