Unexposed mouse livers from different developmental time points were collected and measured for hepatic (A) cRela and Nfkbl gene expression, (B,C) whole cell lysate and (D,E) nuclear protein p65 and p50 (F) , whole cell lysate protein p105, and (G) cytoplasmic NF-kappaB inhibitory proteins IkappaBalpha and IkappaBbeta levels.
