- Detection of CD35 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBMC) were stained with Human CD35 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5748) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B) and Human CD19 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB002 and IC002P, respectively).
