Western blot was performed using anti-MEK3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-28434) and 39 kDa, 36 kDa bands corresponding to MEK3 were observed across the cell lines tested except IMR-32 which is reported to be negative. Whole cell extracts of (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), A549 (Lane 2), A-431 (Lane 3), Hep G2 (Lane 4), C2C12 (Lane 5), U-87MG (Lane 6) and IMR-32 (Lane 7) were electrophoresed using Novex®), NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by XCell SureLock™ Mini-Cell and XCell II™ Blot Module (Product # EI0002).The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000 Dilution) and Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036).Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
