- Immunohistochemical analysis of the CA1 area of mouse hippocampus using NCS1 antibody Cat.-No. AP32639PU-N. (Animals were perfusion-fixed with a fixative containing 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% glutaraldehyde. The 40 μm section was incubated with anti-NCS1 at a dilution of 1:1000, and visualized with a donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody conjugated to FITC. The diffuse labeling of NCS-1 is present throughout all layers of the CA1 area.)
