MCF-7 cells were untreated or treated with 500 nM PMA for 0.5, 1 and 2 hrs. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Fos antibody (GTX129847) diluted at 1:1000.
