- Western Blot analysis of FGFR2 was performed by loading 20 µg of various whole cell lysates/extracts. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a FGFR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-31990) at a dilution of 1:1000-1:2000. Lane 1: DU145, Lane 2: A549, Lane 3: T47D, Lane 4: HeLa, Lane 5: K562, Lane 6: Mouse brain.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-FGFR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-31990) and ~80-90 kDa bands corresponding to FGFR2 was observed across all the cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of NTERA-2 cI.D1 (Lane 1), HT-29 (Lane 2), K-562 (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), SH-SY5Y (Lane 5) and THP-1 (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:250 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
