- Inhibition of mouse FasL (supernatant of FasL-transfected Neuro2A cells) by 3C82. Method: Supernatants of Neuro2A cells containing murine FasL (1:2 dilution) were incubated with Fas ecpressing L929-APO-1 target cells. After 14h apoptosis was assessed by MTT staining.
