- CXCR4 antibody detects CXCR4 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and -transfected (+, including 3xFlag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CXCR4 antibody (GTX129719) at a dilution of 1:1000.
