- Western Blot: Fas Receptor/TNFRSF6/CD95 Antibody [NBP2-29473] - Fas Antibody [NBP2-29473] - Analysis of FAS (CD95) in A) Jurkat lysate and B) recombinant FAS-GST protein probed with 2 ug/ml of FAS antibody. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test. The ~35kD band seen in Jurkat lysate is blocked by the immunizing peptide.
