- Western blot analysis of Kctd16 was performed by loading Mouse brain tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Kctd16 antibody (Product # PA5-51197) at a 1/400 dilution for 3 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
