- Western blot analysis from lysates of human muscle tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of human Neuroligin 4/NLGN4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47703) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Neuroligin 4/NLGN4 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in NLGN4X polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47703) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Neuroligin 4X/NLGN4X at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of NLGN4X in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in NLGN4X polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47703) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies and their processes.
