- Western Blot: hHpr1-p84-Thoc1 Antibody [NBP1-47304] - Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-THOC1 antibody NBP1-47304 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 0.4 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. THOC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-THOC1 antibody NBP1-47303, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 3 seconds (B).

Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-THOC1 antibody NBP1-47304 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. THOC1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-THOC1 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated THOC1, NBP1-47304 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
