IHC-P analysis of human pancreas infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma tissue using MIA2 antibody at a concentration of 5.0 £gg/ml. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with an alcohol-soluble AEC chromogen. Optimal results for these conditions were achieved without antigen retrieval.
