Samples were incubated with Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and detected using PicoTect ECL substrate.

Samples were incubated in HES7 Class antibody (Product # PA5-73023) using a dilution of 3 and 6 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
