- Western blot analysis of PTPMT1 was performed by loading Human fetal muscle tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a PTPMT1 antibody (Product # PA5-50779) at a 1/200 dilution for 1 minute, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
