- Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RPL41 also known as HG12, whose expression can be detected in the tongue but is highly expressive in the tonsils and amniotic fluid. It is found in the cytosolic large ribosomal subunit. This protein interacts with the beta subunit of protein kinase CK2 and stimulates phosphorylation of DNA topoisomerase II alpha by CK2. It also helps in the mRNA 3' 5'-UTR binding and nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay.
