- Flow Cytometry: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (MEM-111) [PE] [NB500-318PE] - A cell surface stain was performed on THP-1 cells with ICAM-1/CD54 antibody (MEM-111) NB500-318 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1:100 for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to PE.
