Human THP-1 monocytes (A), fibroblasts (B), and endothelial cells (C), were treated with the indicated concentrations of OxC-beta or vehicle control (DMSO) for 24 hours. Immune receptor content was measured 24 hours post-treatment by FACS analysis. OxC-beta-induced increase in receptor level was assessed relative to untreated control cells using a one-way analysis of variance with Tukey's post test for multiple comparisons.
