Detection of IL-23 in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line untreated (open histogram) or treated with LPS (filled histogram) was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IL-23 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC18871P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC006P, data not shown). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
