- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human IL-1ra/IL-1F3 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1ra, recombinant human (rh) IL-1 alpha , rhIL-1 beta , rhIL-1 RI, and rhIL-1 RII is observed.
