- Western blot analysis of Lane 1: Jurkat cells, Lane 2: Jurkat cells treated with Cobalt(II) chloride (CoCl2) using HIF1A monoclonal antibody, clone RM242 (Cat # MAB15126) at a 1:1000 dilution, showed that HIF1A (~120 kDa) expression was induced by CoCl2 in Jurkat cells.
