Osteonectin was treated with N-glucosidase F or endoglycosidase H, separated by SDS-PAGE and immunobotted with AP02133SU at 1/2000 dilution. This antibody detects glycosylated Osteonectin. - AP02133SU Osteonectin antibody staining of Paraffin Section of fetal calvaria. The bone tissue was decalcified in 10% formic acid. The section was incubated with AP02133SU overnight and detected using ABC vectastain kit. DAB was used as the chromogen. The sections were counterstained with Mayer's hematoxylin.
