- Western blot analysis of Alpha Actinin 4 expression in rat liver extract (lane 1), NEURO whole cell lysates (lane 2) and RAJI whole cell lysates (lane 3). Alpha Actinin 4 at 105KD was detected using rabbit anti- Alpha Actinin 4 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9974) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
