- The extract of mouse heart (40 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with FABP4 monoclonal antibody, clone 3F4 (Cat # MAB2059) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
