Antibody staining (2 ug/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 1.4E+05 cells per lane). Primary incubated for 12 hour. Detected by Western blot of chemiluminescence.

HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human (ITK) with DYKDDDDK tag probed with Goat Anti-ITK Antibody (1ug/ml) in Lane A and probed with anti-DYKDDDDK Tag (1/10000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with Goat Anti-ASNSD1 Antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescencence.
