Immunofluorescence Staining Serum starved NIH3T3 cells left untreated (left) or treated with PDGF (right) were fixed prior to immunostaining with the Akt pSer473 Rabbit monoclonal antibody Cat.-No AM05369PU-N. The signal was detected with an anti-Rabbit FITC conjugated secondary antibody. The data show that the antibody detected phosphorylated Akt in PDGFtreated NIH3T3 cells. Cells were counterstained with DAPI.
