- Western blot using phospho-Akt/PKB [pT308] (AP05274PU-N) on HEK293 cells co-expressing RasV12 and RacL61. Membranes were left untreated (lanes 1-5) or treated with lambda phosphatase (lane 6). Gel was then incubated with primary antibody for 2 hrs at RT following prior incubation wth no peptide (1,5,6), non-phospho peptide (2) generic phosphothreonine-containing peptide (3) or phosphopeptide immnogen (4).
