- The whole cell lysate derived from UV treated Raji cell was separated in 10% SDS-PAGE, transferred onto NC membrane, and immunoblotted by BCL2 (phospho T129) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12608) at 1 : 500. An immunoreactive band around ~ 26 kDa is observed.
