- Immunocytochemistry analysis of ALDH1A1 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with ALDH1A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-11537) using a dilution of 0.025 mg/mL followed by Alexa-Fluor-546-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit lgG (H+L). Alexa-Fluor-546 emits orange fluorescence. Blue counterstaining is DAPI.

- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemistry analysis of ALDH1A1 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue. Samples were incubated with ALDH1A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-11537) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
