- P2Y2 staining (red color) in rat dorsal root ganglion. Tissue was fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and cut into 10 micron sections. P2Y2 antibody was used at a dilution of 1:200 and secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000.
