- Immunoprecipitation: AFF4 Antibody [NBP1-40357] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCEF antibody used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. MCEF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MCEF antibody NBP1-40356 which recognizes a downstream epitope.
