- Experimental details
- Immunofluorescent analysis of ErbB3 in MCF7 cells using a ErbB3 Monoclonal antibody (Product # 45-6600) at 10 µg/mL. Samples were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing plasma membrane/cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

- Flow cytometric analysis of ErbB3 in MCF7 cells using a ErbB3 monoclonal antibody (Product # PA1-9040) at 10 µg/mL for 1hr, depicted by the blue line. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
