- Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD154 (CD40 Ligand) in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue. Samples were incubated with CD154 (CD40 Ligand) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13483) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
