- Western blot analysis of APH1 in human lung lysate. Samples were incubated in APH1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23466) followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. 1) human lung lysate using prebleed at 1:5000, 2) human lung lysate using this antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
