- Immunohistochemistry analysis of IL1RA in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with IL1RA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13428) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
