Experimental details

Western blot analysis of PINK1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with PINK1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-11153) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate; Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 63 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Immunocytochemistry analysis of PINK1 in PC12 cells. Samples were incubated with PINK1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-11153) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG at a dilution of 1:400 (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).
