- Western Blot: ERp57/PDIA3 Antibody [NB100-1143] - Staining of Daudi lysate (RIPA buffer, 35 ug total protein). Antibody at 0.1 ug/mL. Detected by chemiluminescence. ~60 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines NIH3T3, HepG2 and Daudi (calculated MW of 56.8 kDa according to NP_005304.3).
