- Immunohistochemistry analysis of PKC beta-2 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with PKC beta-2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13741) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
