PA1-4385 detects DPP10 in human samples. PA1-4385 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~75 kDa protein representing DPP10. Oligermization and differential glycosylation produces other bands as observed with other DPP family members. PA1-4385 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 521-539 of human DPP10.
