- This antibody is predicted to react with mouse and zebrafish based on 100% sequence homology. This antibody is specific for the ~38 kDa cdc2 protein phosphorylated at Tyr15 in Western blots of SK-N-MC total cell extracts. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as the antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide.
