- PA1-4144 detects CD28 in human samples. PA1-4144 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~27 kDa protein representing CD28 in CD4 cells. The PA1-4144 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues S(72) Q Q L Q V Y S K T G F N(85), which is the Ig-V-like region of human CD28.
