Description

PA1-4552 detects Parkin in human samples. PA1-4552 has been successfully used in Western blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~52 kDa protein representing Parkin in HEK cells stably expressing the protein. PA1-4552 immunizing peptide corresponds to an internal sequence of the 52 kDa Parkin human protein. Maintain antibody at 4ºC for up to 3 months. For long term storage, store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
