- Western blot analysis of SK-N-MC total cell extracts, treated with hydroxyurea for 22 hours to induce cdc2 (Tyr15) phosphorylation (Lane A). The labeling by the antibody phospho Tyr15 is specifically blocked by the Ser15 phosphopeptide used as antigen (Lane B). The corresponding non-phosphopeptide did not block the immunolabeling (not shown).
