- (LEFT) Western blot analysis of anti-Phospho-CDC2-T161 Pab (Cat.#AP12585PU-N) transiently transfected HEK-293 cell line lysate (1ug/lane). Phospho-CDC2 pab(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:1500 dilution). (RIGHT) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
