RPS6KB1 and Phospho-RPS6KB1 (arrow) was detected using the purified PAb. (RIGHT) Dot blot analysis of anti-RPS6KB1-pSer424 Phospho-specific Pab (Cat#AP12803PU-N) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed.
