- Western blot analysis using 10 ug of rat brain showing specific immunolabeling of MARCKS phosphorylated at Ser152/156 (Lane A). The labeling by the antibody to MARCKS phospho-Ser152/156 is specifically blocked by the Ser152/156 phosphopeptide used as antigen (Lane B). The corresponding non-phosphopeptide did not block the immunolabeling (not shown).
