- PA1-4162 detects IKK gamma in human samples. This antibody recognizes both human IKK gamma isoforms. PA1-4162 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~50 kDa protein representing the IKK gamma protein in Interleukin-1-stimulated 293 cells. The PA1-4162 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues R(385) R S P P E E P P D F C C P K(399) of human IKK gamma.
